It's not about ordering a pizza. It's about eating it for real, with truth. At Frano Pizzeria, the dough is seen as the base of the pizza. That's why we invested 10 years of experience in an exclusive recipe, with an artisanal fermentation process. The result is a very light, tasty and nutritious dough. Our difference in relation to Italian pizza is in the amount of sauce and the composition of flavors. Despite taking into account the concept of minimalism that revolves around Italian pizza, we place emphasis on the ingredients. An explosion of flavors, combining the essential concepts of Italian pizza added to the ingredients in quantities that please the Brazilian public. At the Americas Townhouse Hotel, you can order your Frano pizza to be served in your room or to eat it in the restaurant, which also has a wine, drinks and dessert menu.
RESTAURANTE TOWN LOUNGE
The Town Lounge is a restaurant with a menu for breakfast, lunch, happy hour and dinner. With executive dishes and several a la carte options, the restaurant offers contemporary cuisine consisting of pasta, meats, seafood and other ingredients, especially from Brazilian, Italian and French cuisine. The restaurant's lounge is located inside the Americas Townhouse Hotel, welcoming guests from the hotel and also from the region, as it is open to the public.
